The thirst for knowledge and the quest for quality higher education among young Bhutanese students (both pre-service and in-service) have become the most sought after today. Bhutan currently does not have the required number and type of institutions or courses to absorb all the aspiring students within the country.

As such, the government has encouraged the growth of private education consultancy and placement firms to serve the needs and demands of the growing number of aspiring clients and students. Today, many young students and people are seen moving out of the country to fulfill their basic need of acquiring quality higher education and upgrading their professional competence. Although with many regulations in place, some students/ clients still land up in cheap and unrecognized universities and colleges abroad resulting to unemployment and emerging youth issues. Annually, about 6000 plus students who complete year 12 seek admissions outside Bhutan. They are indeed potential candidates for the future of Bhutan who require good guidance and quality education. On top of all, more than 2000 people graduate every year from colleges and universities. But there is dearth of jobs in the country. All these add ton people looking for either higher education opportunities or jobs outside Bhutan.

In this ever-changing economy, a need exists for our young people to be self-reliant, visionary entrepreneurs, creative, and building bold futures for themselves. Relying on governments and employers to provide these solutions is not a realistic or successful answer. A solution to this dilemma is to offer students, beginning in late-middle school through high school and college, the opportunity to take their skills and talents and learn how to create their own futures through various lessons learnt in reputed colleges and universities. In view of the above, Rigpa House (RHECPF) will create a conductive platform and float opportunities of knowledge, rich interaction with people from diverse cultural backgrounds in the many reputed and internationally accredited universities and colleges abroad. RHECPF thus has positioned to show students THE NEXT MOVE with the following vision, mission, objectives, structure and modus-operandi to help our students/ clients find a good future through our direction and their dedicated learning.
