Tutor Background

Ms.Lhamchu Delma has been awarded a professional TESOL certificate from Arizona State University, USA after a BA in English and a Master’s degree in English. She has been coaching IELTS and TOEFL test takers since 2021. Occasionally, she invigilates IELTS exams at the Royal Institute of Management in Thimphu.

She has taught English Language at Ugyen Academy, Kelki Higher Secondary School, and Pelkhil Higher Secondary School.

She is passionate about her profession and has outstanding feedback from her students.

 30 hours of Face-to-Face Coaching 

Approach

The tutor will cover the theory comprising of formats of test for each section with appropriate strategies and tips. This will be followed by modelling and independent exercises to consolidate the learning. To ensure that the students are able to apply the learning from the class, they will be assigned independent tasks. Every day, the session starts with a review and analysis of the lessons of the previous day and their own individual practices.
